To inform you about EGroupwares status anytime, we recently installed a new online status report site. Click here to check EGroupwares status:
The status site shows all running services in „green“. Should one service temporarily be out of order, it will be tagged in “red”. In case of any service disruption, we´ll display an emergency number for EGroupware customers here.
Beta testers wanted!
Collaborative editing of documents is an up-to-date issue for companies and a useful practice for professional networking. EGroupware is looking for interested users, that would like to test a new tool for collaborative editing. During the last month, the EGroupware developers have been working intensely on the new tool, now it´s time to start the user testing process. Become a part of EGroupwares beta testing team and contribute directly to the collaboration software.

El portal Datacenter Insider de Vogel IT-Medien GmbH ha publicado un artículo sobre el código abierto y las colaboraciones en el proyecto EGroupware. El artículo describe muy bien las nuevas características de la versión 16.1 de EGroupware y cómo los usuarios pueden contribuir al desarrollo:
La nueva versión 16.1 completa la reprogramación de EGroupware. La interfaz de usuario se adapta mejor a los diferentes formatos de los dispositivos. A partir de ahora, no son sólo los desarrolladores los que deciden los objetivos futuros, sino también los usuarios.

The Datacenter Insider Portal of Vogel IT-Medien GmbH has published an article about Open Source and collaborations on the EGroupware project. The article describes very well the new features of EGroupware version 16.1 and how users can contribute to the development:
The new version 16.1 completes the reprogramming of EGroupware. The user interface is better adapted to different device formats. From now on, it is not only the developers who decide on future goals, but also the users who are involved.
